Established in 1934, Tamsui First Credit Cooperative is a century-old financial institution. Known for its unparalleled customer care, it has not only upheld traditional values but also actively pursued digital transformation, continually innovating and expanding into new territories.

In this project, gtd. played a key role in driving digital transformation. By introducing cutting-edge industry trends and sharing in-depth digital product development methods, gtd. created tangible value and innovative insights for its partners. Additionally, gtd. implemented a heuristic evaluation approach to effectively address diverse internal needs. This ensured consistent high-quality results during the project’s execution and provided opportunities for feedback and interaction between stakeholders and users. This ultimately resulted in a user-centered digital banking experience.
